Since 1994, Non-profit Healthy Beginnings has provided free early childhood wellness and development screenings for Deschutes County children aged from birth through five years.

The program's goal is to provide accessible, educational, preventative screenings to ALL children. Young children are welcome whether or not they have insurance coverage or are on the Oregon Health Plan.
